چکیده

This study investigates pitch (f0) and timing cues that distinguish compound words and phrases in left and right branching structures in three typologically different languages, English: a stress-accent language, stress timed, Japanese: a pitch-accent language, mora timed and Vietnamese: a tone language, syllable timed.
